The business was established in 1997 by Simon Powell, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors who has over thirty years experience dealing with and advising on a wide range of commercial property, planning and development matters, mainly in Devon and Cornwall but throughout the South West.

Simon Powell Commercial is a specialist commercial property practice, offering a highly professional and personal service. As we only deal with commercial property and property development issues our knowledge and expertise is strengthened by concentrating on these sectors only. Our clients can be confident that we know our subject well and can benefit from the advice and help we can offer, to include a detailed knowledge of commercial property legal issues.

The practice has  the flexibility to tailor most instructions to suit an individual clients specific requirements and all professional and consultancy work will be undertaken by Simon himself. Whilst only a small firm we also hold professional indemnity insurance of up to ₤1 million pounds.
